How to use it?

If you plan to use this just for relaxation purposes, use it as per your liking as long as it's comfortable. For pain relief or faster recovery, when you start using it, we recommend wearing it for 20 minutes a day on low traction. After a few days you can gradually increase it up to 25-30 minutes, 2-3 times a day. When on higher traction you should limit the use to 5-10 minutes only.
